This Privacy Policy describes how gUmsIz ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you download, install, or interact with our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These include, but are not limited to, Flea Markets (Flohmärkte), Verben, Word Puzzle, Batak, and DerDieDas Universe (collectively, the "Services").

We believe in data privacy by design and strive to minimize the amount of data processed to what is strictly necessary to provide a smooth, reliable, and enjoyable experience.

A. Information You Provide Directly

We do not require user account registration, passwords, or personal profiles to access or play our apps. When you contact our support team directly via email (info@gumsiz.xyz), we may retain your email address and message contents solely to address your inquiry or troubleshoot reported issues.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Information

When you use our apps, certain non-personally identifiable diagnostic and telemetry data may be collected automatically by standard platform SDKs to ensure app stability and performance:

• Device hardware specifications (model, manufacturer, operating system version).
• App performance logs, crash stack traces, and session timestamps.
• Anonymous installation identifiers and general locale / language settings.

C. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Entitlements

To validate your purchase status, unlock premium features, and manage active subscriptions, we utilize Adapty (Adapty Inc.). Adapty processes an anonymous subscriber ID and cryptographic purchase receipt tokens provided by Apple or Google to confirm active entitlements across app reinstalls and updates.

D. Location Data (Flea Markets App Only)

In the Flea Markets (Flohmärkte) app, you may choose to grant the app permission to access your device location (coarse or fine) solely to display flea markets nearest to you on an interactive map. Location coordinates are processed on your device in real-time and are never stored on external servers, tracked in the background, or shared with advertising partners.

Our apps may integrate trusted third-party SDKs for core operations, crash diagnostics, purchase management, and non-intrusive advertising. Below are the providers we work with, along with links to their privacy practices:

For applications displaying third-party ads, AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA on iOS or Google Advertising ID / GAID on Android) to provide relevant advertisements or frequency capping.

On iOS 14.5 and later, we respect Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We only request tracking authorization if applicable, and if declined, ads are served in non-personalized mode. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

We do not host or operate persistent databases of personal customer records. Anonymous telemetry, crash diagnostics, and purchase entitlement records are retained only for as long as necessary to debug issues and uphold legal obligations, after which they are purged or aggregated.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. Our applications are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 for residents of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom).

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under these age limits. If we discover that personal information from a child has been collected inadvertently, we promptly delete such data from our records.
